You'll support with day-to-day activities like shopping, cooking, and managing health needs - always led by the person's own preferences and goals. You'll also support with personal care. This means helping people with washing, dressing, and other essential personal routines. It's a vital part of enabling people to live with dignity, choice, and independence. Personal care is always delivered in a respectful and person-centred way, in line with each individual's needs and preferences. No two days are the same, and every day brings the opportunity to be part of someone's progress and independence.
