Package Description: We’re hiring for Bank Support Workers in Bicester, Oxfordshire Working in our friendly team you’ll be supported in your role from day one. All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service to the people we support.  Do live within an easy commute of Bicester? Do you have UK Manual driving Licence? Do you enjoy walking, swimming, watching movies and horse riding?  Are you looking for a second job for a few hours / 20 hours or to make some extra income?   Being a bank support worker you’ll have flexibility and access to shifts that suit you; you could choose to work for a day here and there, during term times or holidays, evenings only or weekends only.  Experience is not essential as we provide full training. All you need is a willingness to learn, flexibility, a can-do attitude and a desire to help someone live a full life!  The support we provide is centred around each person’s values, preferences and needs which could include developing daily living skills, accessing a wider community, personal care and medication needs.   Benefits: Sleep-ins paid at £60 extra (basic salary £11.68 p/h) Full training to gain the nationally recognised Care Certificate.   On-going training and career development including professional qualifications   Contributory Pension   We cover the cost of DBS checks   Rota's are planned in advance  Access to Wagestream where you can track your basic salary and additional hours earnings throughout the month and stream (access) a portion of those earnings before your monthly pay date.
