Support Worker Location: Banbury

Salary: £12.71 Per Hour + £60 per sleep-in shift

Hours: Flexible shifts on a 24/7 rota (planned in advance)

About the role

This means helping people with washing, dressing, and other essential personal routines. It's a vital part of enabling people to live with dignity, choice, and independence. Personal care is always delivered in a respectful and person-centred way, in line with each individual's needs and preferences. No two days are the same, and every day brings the opportunity to be part of someone's progress and independence.
