A nationally recognised, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy is seeking a client-focused Employers Agent to join its growing Winchester office. This is an excellent opportunity for an Employers Agent to work across large-scale residential, mixed-use, education, and public sector developments throughout the South. The Employers Agent will play a pivotal role in managing project delivery, acting as the key link between developers, contractors, and consultant teams. This position offers exposure to both new-build and regeneration schemes, with involvement from procurement through to completion. The Employers Agent will join a collaborative consultancy known for combining technical expertise with a modern, people-first approach. For an Employers Agent looking for greater project ownership and long-term progression within an established business, this role presents an outstanding opportunity.

The Employers Agent will oversee projects through all key delivery stages, ensuring programme, quality, and contractual obligations are successfully achieved. The Employers Agent will manage procurement activities, prepare and administer contracts, and coordinate communication between clients, contractors, and professional teams. As an Employers Agent, you will chair progress meetings, monitor risk, and provide strategic advice throughout the construction lifecycle. The Employers Agent will also undertake Contract Administrator duties and support the delivery of projects under JCT Design & Build contracts.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years' experience within a consultancy, housing developer, or project management environment. A strong knowledge of contract administration and project delivery across residential or mixed-use developments is essential. Experience administering JCT contracts is required. A degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Building Surveying, or a related discipline is preferred, with MRICS, MAPM, or working towards viewed favourably. The candidate will be organised, commercially aware, and confident managing stakeholder relationships.

In return, the salary offered is £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience). This is a Winchester-based role with projects across residential, education, and mixed-use sectors, offering strong client-facing responsibility and project ownership, along with clear progression within a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy and a collaborative and flexible working environment.
