The Senior Project Manager's role

Responsibilities

  • Preparing project briefs and execution plans
  • Managing planning and procurement
  • Leading design and delivery teams
  • Chairing client and contractor meetings
  • Overseeing risk, quality, and cost

Qualifications

  • Degree qualified in Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or similar construction-related subject
  • Minimum of 6 years consultancy experience within the UK construction industry

  • Excellent communication, leadership and client relationship management skills
