A well-established property and construction consultancy is looking for a Project Manager to join its London team, with the Project Manager working from the Warner Bros. Studios campus in Watford around two days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to deliver smaller projects independently while supporting senior colleagues on larger and more complex schemes. The Project Manager will work across residential, commercial, mixed-use, heritage, and student accommodation projects. The successful candidate will take ownership of smaller commissions, support Senior Project Managers on major projects, and represent the consultancy professionally within the high-profile Warner Bros. The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will manage smaller projects from inception through to completion while supporting senior team members on larger commissions. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with project planning, consultant coordination, procurement, programme management, contract administration, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Chairing meetings where appropriate, monitoring project progress, coordinating actions, and ensuring project information is issued accurately and on time.
The Project Manager will work closely with the client team at Warner Bros. Studios in Watford around two days each week, so the ability to travel there reliably is essential.
