This is a rare opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to operate exclusively within the super prime residential sector, delivering some of London's most prestigious private residences and luxury refurbishments. The Project Quantity Surveyor will be immersed in projects where craftsmanship, detail, and discretion are paramount. This role places the individual at the heart of delivery, working closely with high-net-worth clients, architects, and elite design teams. The consultancy is renowned for its precision, personal service, and deep understanding of the super prime market. The Project Quantity Surveyor will manage the full commercial lifecycle of super prime residential schemes, from early-stage cost advice through to final account. They will take ownership of procurement strategies, carefully selecting and managing specialist contractors and high-end supply chains. The Project Quantity Surveyor will be heavily involved in client and design meetings, ensuring cost plans align with bespoke design intent and evolving specifications. They will also administer contracts, typically under JCT, while maintaining tight cost control across highly detailed and design-sensitive projects.
The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years' experience within a consultancy or client-side environment, ideally with exposure to high-end residential or luxury fit-out projects. A Project Quantity Surveyor must be confident managing procurement and navigating complex, design-led schemes. Strong knowledge of JCT contracts is essential. A degree in Quantity Surveying or similar is expected, with MRICS or working towards seen as advantageous. The Project Quantity Surveyor will be highly detail-oriented, discreet, and confident working in a client-facing environment.
In return, the salary is £55,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience), with a London-based role working exclusively on super prime residential projects, exposure to high-profile, design-led schemes, strong client interaction and project ownership, and clear progression within a niche, high-performing consultancy.
