I'm working with a growing fire safety consultancy seeking a Fire Risk Assessor to join their expanding team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor looking to manage a varied portfolio of properties while delivering high-quality fire risk assessments and practical fire safety advice to a broad range of clients.

The successful Fire Risk Assessor will carry out Fire Risk Assessments across a variety of residential, commercial and mixed‑use properties. They will produce clear and detailed reports, identify fire safety risks and provide proportionate recommendations to ensure compliance with current legislation and guidance. Working closely with clients and stakeholders, the Fire Risk Assessor will build strong relationships while delivering a professional and consultative service. The role offers exposure to a diverse range of projects and the opportunity to work alongside experienced fire safety professionals.

Qualifications

  • Recognised Level 3 Fire Risk Assessment qualification
  • Experience undertaking Fire Risk Assessments independently
  • Strong knowledge of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order and relevant fire safety legislation
  • Experience producing detailed FRA reports
  • Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and report‑writing ability
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Membership of a relevant professional body (desirable)
