A long established Kent based Consultancy are seeking a Senior Project Architect with experience in the Building Regulation Principal Design role. You will work across a wide scope of projects, from Education, Ecclesiastical, Commercial, Heritage and Retail projects (among others). They have developed their commercial success mainly from repeat business due to their compliant design led projects work, this is a great opportunity for a Senior Project Architect and Building Regulation Principal Designer to thrive within.
The successful Senior Project Architect and Building Regulation Principal Designer will work from a social office, side by side with a team of very experienced Designers and Consultants.
The Role
The successful Senior Project Architect - Building Regulation Principal Designer will be involved in ensuring Building Regulation compliance throughout all design stages.
The Person
The Project Architect and Building Regulation Principal Designer suitable for this role will have at least 8 years of experience post ARB registration. You will have an ARB, MCIAT, RIBA, MCABE or MCIOB membership. You will be proficient at ensuring Building Regulation compliance within designs.

The salary is negotiable dependant on your ability and experience but as a guide: Up to £70,000 pa, Car allowance, Bonus, Pension, Season ticket loan, Health care, Gym membership, Corporate incentive scheme.
