A well-established multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Salford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead residential and affordable housing projects across Greater Manchester and the wider North West region.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take on a lead role in delivering cost consultancy and employer's agent services across a variety of new build housing schemes. Working closely with clients, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage projects from feasibility through to completion, providing expert commercial advice and ensuring successful project delivery.
This role is well suited to a Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys client-facing work, managing multiple schemes, and playing a key part in growing a high-performing team. Residential and affordable housing experience is highly desirable, along with a strong background in contract administration and stakeholder engagement.
Required Experience:
- Demonstrable experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy or client-side environment
- Proven track record delivering projects as an employer's agent
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or affordable housing schemes
- MRICS qualified or working towards chartership preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
