The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will join a highly regarded, national property and construction consultancy based in central London. The Associate Quantity Surveyor will become part of an established Quantity Surveying team, working across a varied portfolio of commercial, residential, mixed-use and refurbishment projects for a strong client base.
Day to day, the Associate Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for leading projects, managing client relationships, supporting junior team members and helping drive the continued growth of the London Quantity Surveying team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate Quantity Surveyor seeking greater autonomy, stronger client exposure and a clear pathway towards senior leadership within a recognised consultancy. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
Requirements:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or RICS-accredited equivalent
- MRICS preferred
- Strong cost consultancy background
- Confident delivering projects from inception to completion
- Excellent pre and post-contract experience
- Client-facing, commercially aware and ambitious
- Able to support, mentor and develop junior surveyors
