This Fire Risk Assessor opportunity offers a varied role combining site-based assessments, technical reporting, and client-facing consultancy. The Fire Risk Assessor will play a key role in delivering high-quality fire safety services while supporting wider business growth.
The Fire Risk Assessor will be responsible for delivering fire risk assessments and associated consultancy services across a diverse range of properties. The Fire Risk Assessor will also contribute to quality assurance and training initiatives within the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting Type 1 Fire Risk Assessments across various building types
- Providing clear, concise, and practical fire safety advice to clients
- Undertaking fire consultancy work, including compartmentation and intrusive surveys (with support where required)
- Producing accurate, high-quality reports in line with current legislation and best practice
- Supporting quality assurance processes by reviewing peer reports
- Assisting with the delivery of training, both in-person and online
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development and contributing to revenue growth
The ideal Fire Risk Assessor will be technically competent, client-focused, and motivated to deliver high standards. The Fire Risk Assessor will be confident working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements include:
- Experience delivering Fire Risk Assessments (Type 1 essential)
- Level 4 Qualification FRA
