The Graduate Quantity Surveyor's Role The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will join an experienced Quantity Surveying team and gain exposure to projects across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, education, healthcare, and industrial developments. Working alongside senior surveyors, the Graduate Quantity Surveyor will assist with cost planning, procurement, valuations, contract administration, and final accounts. A key aspect of this position will be the preparation and management of Bills of Quantities, making previous Bill of Quantities experience essential for the role. This position offers excellent long-term career prospects, hands-on project involvement, and support towards achieving professional qualifications and chartership.
