Brandon James is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its Southampton office, working on a diverse portfolio across residential, commercial, education, healthcare and public sector developments.
You will own projects from inception to completion, providing pre- and post-contract cost management, while overseeing procurement, cost reporting, valuations and final accounts across multiple live schemes.
Hybrid/flexible working and a clear pathway to Associate level are offered.
