A well-established, multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy with a strong pipeline of work is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Islington, London. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of complex projects and play a key role in the continued success of a forward-thinking consultancy. The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with long-standing clients, delivering high-value commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects ranging from £1m to £45m. This is a client-facing role, with responsibilities across the full project lifecycle – from early-stage cost advice and procurement through to contract administration and final account. You will act as both Employer\’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor, leading project meetings, managing pre and post contract duties, and mentoring junior staff. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a collaborative team environment with a clear pathway to Associate level, offering long-term career development for those demonstrating leadership, commercial acumen, and technical excellence.
