This consultancy, known for delivering exceptional services across various sectors including commercial, residential, and public sectors, is looking for a professional who will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and managing design risks. Responsibilities of the Principal Designer: Lead the implementation and compliance of the Building Safety Act 2022 across multiple projects. Provide expert advice on safety regulations and design risk management. Oversee the development of pre-construction information and construction phase plans.
