A leading UK law firm with a strong reputation in real estate disputes is looking for a Senior Paralegal to join its nationally recognised property litigation team, based in Manchester. The role offers a fast-paced, high-quality caseload with strong opportunities for personal and professional development within a collaborative and forward-thinking team.\\n\\n​\\n\\nThe Senior Paralegal's role\\n\\nThe Senior Paralegal will be responsible for providing legal advice and managing possession cases for private landlords and insurance clients.

These cases typically involve assured shorthold tenancies, assured tenancies, Rent Act tenancies, and common law tenancies.
