Senior Fire Surveyor β Dublin A respected and fast-growing fire consultancy is seeking a Senior Fire Surveyor to join its expanding team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor who wants to play a key role in delivering major projects, supporting junior team members and contributing to technical excellence across the organisation. The Senior Fire Surveyor Role As a Senior Fire Surveyor, you will be a core part of the project team, helping to lead large, complex projects while independently managing your own small to medium-scale instructions. You will also play a crucial part in developing Apprentices, Graduates and Surveyors through coaching, mentoring and project-based support. This role offers broad exposure, strong career progression and the chance to influence technical standards within a high-performing consultancy As a Senior Fire Surveyor, your responsibilities will include: Successfully project managing small-to-medium projects Acting as Project Engineer and supporting the delivery of large, complex projects Applying strong technical knowledge across fire surveys and passive fire protection Building and maintaining excellent client relationships to secure repeat business Supporting technical excellence within your region and contributing to wider company best practice Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues across survey and fire engineering teams Delivering consultancy services with professionalism, integrity and a focus on strong client outcomes Embodying company values and acting as a role model across your regionSenior Fire Surveyor Requirements Experience in fire door and compartmentation surveys, across residential and commercial buildings Experience conducting External Wall Assessments (FRAEW) and understanding external wall performance Strong knowledge of Passive Fire Protection systems including fire stopping, fire doors and construction detail Proficiency using survey recording software such as Bolster or Site Audit Pro Solid understanding of relevant UK fire safety legislation and design guidance Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays Relevant Level 3 qualification (Surveying, Fire Risk Assessment, building typology/pathology or similar) Experience in line management and project management Strong consultancy skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearlyWhat You\βll Get In Return?
