Senior CDM Consultant – Nottingham
A respected construction consultancy are currently seeking an experienced Senior CDM Consultant to join their Nottingham-based team, delivering projects across the East Midlands.
Due to sustained growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior CDM Consultant.
The Senior CDM Consultant Role
The successful Senior CDM Consultant will be involved in the full array of CDM and Principal Designer duties on a range of complex projects.
Duties of the Senior CDM Consultant include:
- Acting as Principal Designer on a range of projects.
- Providing CDM advisory services from project inception through to completion.
- Managing and coordinating design risk management processes.
- Reviewing designs and identifying, eliminating or controlling foreseeable risks.
- Preparing and maintaining pre-construction information and health and safety files.
- Liaising with clients, designers, contractors and other duty holders to ensure compliance with CDM Regulations 2015.
- Attending design team and client meetings.
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the CDM team.
