The Associate / Senior Associate Building Surveyor's Role
You will focus on delivering professional Building Surveying services across a variety of key sectors. Instructions will include dilapidations, landlord and tenant advice, reinstatement cost assessments, and contract administration. You will be encouraged to take full ownership of your projects from start to finish - managing client relationships, leading negotiations, and overseeing the commercial success of your instructions. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and play an active role in driving the growth and quality of service delivery within the team. This is an ideal role for someone looking to make a significant impact within a thriving consultancy, with the autonomy to carve out your own specialism while being supported every step of the way.
The Successful Associate / Senior Associate Surveyor Will Have
- MRICS qualified
- Degree in Building Surveying or a related field
- Experience in dilapidations and landlord & tenant matters
- Confident in managing end-to-end surveying projects
- Passionate about mentoring and supporting junior surveyors
- Excellent client care, communication, and report writing skills
- A commercially aware and proactive mindset
- Experience across sectors such as office, industrial, retail, or hospitality
