A well established Building Consultancy is now seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join its expanding team, delivering Building Surveyor and building surveying services across Cambridge and the surrounding areas. The Senior Building Surveyor will work on a varied workload covering commercial instructions, with strong exposure to core Building Surveyor services and client-facing building surveying advice. The Company? The successful Building Surveyor will be joining a growing consultancy that continues to secure repeat instructions across the region. The business has a clear focus on staff development, progression and long-term retention. This Senior Building Surveyor will work closely with senior leadership, gaining direct exposure to clients and decision making while strengthening their building surveying experience. The Role As the Senior Building Surveyor you will be delivering traditional building surveying services across a commercial client base. The role will include: * Dilapidations * Party Wall matters * Technical Due Diligence * Contract Administration of construction and fit out projects * Building pathology * Condition surveys * Measured surveys * Reinstatement cost assessments * Construction monitoring * Principal Designer duties The Senior Building Surveyor? You will be a proactive and commercially aware Building Surveyor with experience delivering building surveying services in a professional consultancy environment.
