Role and responsibilities
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will carry out the full range of building surveying services, with an emphasis on project management and contract admin duties, to a mix of public and private sector clients, on education, housing and retail properties. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role with team members at Graduate and Assistant level, supporting their development and APC progression.
Person specification
This role will suit a chartered or non-chartered Senior Building Surveyor, who has extensive experience within a similar environment.
- MRICS qualified (Not essential)
