Our progressive practice client in Kent is looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven Senior Building Surveyor to enhance our Building Surveying division.

This role offers an opportunity to join a growing and innovative practice with continuous training and growth routes.

Role and responsibilities

The appointed Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for a broad range of duties, including but not limited to the administration of contracts, addressing dilapidation matters, managing party wall issues, and conducting acquisition surveys.

As the successful Senior Building Surveyor, you will work with a variety of client and property types across the residential, mixed‑use, regeneration and remediation sectors.
