Their strength lies in a people‐first approach – delivering tailored advice with technical excellence while offering a platform that genuinely enables career growth, professional recognition and flexibility.Role The Associate / Senior Associate Building Surveyor will play a key role in the delivery of professional Building Surveying services to a well‐established client base, spanning sectors such as industrial, commercial offices, retail and mixed‐use. Depending on your level, you will also be expected to contribute to the mentoring of junior surveyors and the wider growth of the business.Key Responsibilities Lead on a range of professional instructions including dilapidations, landlord and tenant matters, reinstatement cost assessments, technical due diligence and contract administration. Manage all phases of the dilapidations process – from survey to negotiation. Maintain and grow relationships with an existing, lucrative client base. Support and develop junior surveyors, graduates and apprentices through structured mentoring and APC guidance. Contribute to service delivery improvements and support senior leadership on business development initiatives.
