The successful Residential Property Paralegal will support solicitors and fee earners across a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion. The Residential Property Paralegal will assist with:
- Opening and managing client files
- Preparing contract packs and legal documentation
- Carrying out searches and Land Registry applications
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
- Assisting with sales, purchases, transfers and remortgages
- Managing post-completion matters
- Supporting fee earners with day-to-day conveyancing administration
