A long-established Construction Consultancy are hiring an Architect with experience on Social Housing Projects. A core focus of the role will be to ensure CDM risks are mitigated during the design stages, as you will be acting as Principal Designer.
You will work with other Architects and CDM Consultants as you look to mitigate CDM risks within the projects of their long-standing Social Housing framework. They have fostered client relationships over a long period of time and have an enjoyable office atmosphere, from which you would hybrid work from twice a week.

The successful Architect will work on Social Housing projects, with a core focus on CDM Principal Design. The Architect suitable for this role will have at least 5 years of experience working within Architecture and experience of working on Social Housing projects. If the Architect suitable for this role has a NEBOSH Construction or a Membership with APS / IOSH, it will be advantageous.
In return, the salary is negotiable dependent on your ability and experience but as a guide: Up to £65,000 pa, Bonus, Pension, Season ticket loan, Health care, Gym membership, Corporate incentive scheme.
