The Role
The successful Real Estate Paralegal will work closely with solicitors and partners across a broad mix of real estate transactions. The work will include supporting on acquisitions, disposals, leases, licences, property finance matters, due diligence, Land Registry applications, SDLT submissions and post-completion work. There will also be exposure to client contact, file management, drafting legal documents and assisting with transaction coordination from start to finish.
