A well-established and expanding law firm is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join its busy Property team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Paralegal looking to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced and supportive environment. The successful Real Estate Paralegal will work closely with experienced solicitors on a broad range of residential and commercial property matters, playing a key role in supporting transactions from instruction through to completion.
The Real Estate Paralegal will benefit from direct exposure to client matters, strong mentoring from experienced fee earners and genuine long-term progression opportunities. You must have prior Real Estate or Conveyancing experience to be considered for this role.
The successful Real Estate Paralegal will support the Property team on a wide range of transactions and matters, assisting fee earners with both legal and administrative responsibilities. The Real Estate Paralegal will be involved in preparing legal documentation, conducting searches, drafting correspondence, liaising with clients and third parties, managing case files and supporting transactions through to completion. The role will offer exposure to a variety of property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, transfers, leases and general real estate work.
The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining excellent client service standards while ensuring matters progress efficiently and accurately.
The successful Real Estate Paralegal will ideally have:
- Previous experience within a Real Estate, Commercial Property or Conveyancing team
- A strong understanding of property transactions and legal processes
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- A proactive and professional approach
- Strong IT skills and experience using legal case management systems
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career within property law
