A dynamic Construction Consultancy are seeking a H&S / CDM Consultant with Fire Risk Assessment experience to look after projects throughout the Southeast. You will visit sites 2/3 times a week, whilst you manage projects across the region.
You will experience a high level of flexibility in this role, whilst you manage your own work. They have a social office presence which many staff enjoy working from, although they leave the decision to visit the office down to yourself.
As a CDM Consultant, you will deliver expert advice on CDM 2015 regulations, attend pre-start meetings, and coordinate with clients to ensure all health and safety considerations are embedded early in the design process. Fire Risk Assessments will be included in this role as you work across commercial and educational projects.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in a CDM Principal Designer or CDM Consultant role (required)
- NEBOSH Construction / General / Fire Certificate (required)
- TechIOSH membership (required)
- Fire Risk Assessment (required)
