A multidisciplinary professional services consultancy is currently recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join their London-based team. This position provides an opportunity to support the commercial delivery of UK construction projects while building solid quantity surveying experience within a collaborative team. The Quantity Surveyor will operate from the London office and contribute to the wider quantity surveying function across several sectors.

The appointed Quantity Surveyor will be part of a well-established consultancy delivering construction, property, and advisory services nationwide. In this role, you will assist senior cost consultants with the commercial management of projects from early design through to completion. The role will include:

  • Supporting cost planning, budgeting, and financial monitoring
  • Assisting in the preparation of tender documentation and tender returns
  • Supporting procurement activities and contractor appointments
  • Preparing valuations, cost reports, and variation assessments
  • Assisting with contract administration and final account processes
  • Working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams
