An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented, entrepreneur Quantity Surveyor to join a close-knit, high-end developer in Epsom. The Quantity Surveyor Role This trendy, dynamic construction company need a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to have strong involvement in all aspects of their interesting projects. They specialise in high-end refurbishments, fit outs, and new builds for education, commercial & residential projects across London. As these projects involve early years education, they require a creative imagination in their design. The firm recently moved into new offices that they fitted-out themselves and have a team of 35/40 based out of this office with sites located in and around Central London. The role is office based but will require occasional site visits. If you're looking for a role offering full project exposure-from design and procurement to valuations and delivery-this could be the perfect fit for you. You'll act as both main contractor and client, offering insight into both sides of project management and cost control.
