A forward-thinking, client-focused Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Known for their modern approach and collaborative culture, this consultancy delivers high-quality projects across the commercial, healthcare, and leisure sectors.
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will work on a range of exciting schemes, including private medical refurbishments, commercial office fit-outs, gym expansions (c. £5m), and data centre developments.
You will be responsible for managing select projects independently from inception through to completion, while also supporting more complex schemes under the guidance of senior leadership. This role is ideal for a Project Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a Senior QS role in the near future, with clear progression opportunities and involvement in mentoring junior team members.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Quantity Surveyor who enjoys taking ownership of their work, is keen to develop leadership skills, and is looking to progress within a friendly, dynamic consultancy environment.
The Project Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- RICS Accredited degree qualification
- MRICS, or working towards
- Minimum of 4 years quantity surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
- Solid Pre & Post Contract experience
- A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
