A globally recognised construction and project consultancy is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join its specialist team in Stockton-on-Tees. This is an excellent opportunity for a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to work on high-profile energy and natural resources projects, supporting cost management and commercial delivery from early-stage planning through to completion. The successful Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor will bring a sound understanding of contract management-particularly NEC3 (Option C preferred)-and will work within a multi-disciplinary team delivering technically complex and critical infrastructure projects.
