A leading, dynamic UK Construction Consultancy is looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Edinburgh office. This is a rare opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on high-profile, city-centre developments while enjoying excellent flexibility, APC support, and clear career progression. The Quantity Surveyor Role As a Quantity Surveyor in this busy and supportive team, you will be involved in a varied and exciting pipeline of work, including: £45m luxury hotel development in Edinburgh city centre £15m PBSA scheme in the heart of the city £10m serviced apartment project Large-scale masterplanning and infrastructure at Edinburgh Airport Leisure, private residential, steel-framed industrial shedsYou\’ll be joining a close-knit team of 7 within a 12-15 strong office, working alongside other Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and support staff. The consultancy prides itself on autonomy – no micromanagement, no dull framework jobs – and offers a flexible hybrid setup (around 3 days in the office). They have an outstanding APC pass rate, with two QSs qualifying this summer and more progressing next year. Career growth is based on merit, with proven pathways to Senior QS and beyond.
