A highly respected, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a talented Project Quantity Surveyor to join their vibrant London team, delivering an exciting variety of schemes with a strong focus on commercial office fit-out. This forward-thinking practice works across sectors including workplace, residential, retail, leisure, education, healthcare, and infrastructure. They are known for combining technical expertise with a collaborative, client-first approach – and are now looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor ready to take ownership of projects from inception to completion. The Project Quantity Surveyor Role The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be hands-on from day one, managing both pre and post-contract duties on a portfolio of high-profile projects. Day-to-day, you will: Deliver commercial office fit-out schemes from feasibility through to final account. Work across a variety of sectors, ensuring no two days are the same. Provide accurate cost advice, procurement strategy, and contract administration. Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure smooth delivery. Report to senior leadership while enjoying autonomy to manage your own workload.This is an ideal role for a driven Project Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a client-facing environment and wants to develop quickly towards Senior level. The Project Quantity Surveyor – Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc or MSc) or equivalent. MRICS or working towards chartership. Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy. Solid pre & post-contract experience. Commercial fit out experience highly desirable.
