A leading global construction and property consultancy is seeking an ambitious Project Manager to join their growing Leeds office. This Project Manager opportunity offers the chance to work across a diverse project portfolio including commercial, residential, education, heritage and logistics developments throughout Yorkshire and the wider UK market. The successful Project Manager will join a well-established and collaborative team delivering projects for both public and private sector clients. This Project Manager role is ideal for a proactive and client-focused individual looking to gain exposure to a broad range of sectors while taking ownership of projects from inception through to completion. This Project Manager position also offers strong professional development support and exposure to high‑profile regional projects. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

The successful Project Manager will support and lead projects across multiple sectors from feasibility through to completion. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing projects through all RIBA stages
  • Coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders
  • Overseeing project reporting, programmes and budgets
  • Managing risk, procurement and change control processes
  • Supporting contract administration duties
  • Leading client and project meetings
  • Monitoring project performance and delivery milestones
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

The consultancy is seeking a motivated and organised Project Manager with:

  • Consultancy or client‑side project management experience
  • Experience across commercial, residential, education, heritage or logistics projects beneficial
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Excellent organisational and reporting abilities
  • Degree qualified in Construction, Project Management or similar
  • Working towards or chartered with RICS, CIOB or APM preferred
