A growing, regional property and construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Project Manager in its Birmingham office. The Project Manager will support project delivery across a mix of commercial, residential and heritage projects throughout the Midlands.
This is an exciting role for a Project Manager who is looking for a hands‑on role with a client‑facing focus. The Project Manager will join a team that values individual development and provides clear support towards chartership.
The Project Manager\’s Role
The Project Manager will be involved in both pre‑ and post‑contract duties including procurement, risk management, and site monitoring. Projects range from small refurbishments to large‑scale regeneration schemes.
Qualifications
- Degree in a construction‑related discipline
- 3+ years’ project management experience
- Comfortable working across multiple sectors
- Ambition to work towards MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB
