A respected nationwide SME, competing with industry leaders and delivering exceptional services across both private and public sector projects, is seeking a Partner of Building Surveying to lead one of their two established teams based in their London head office. This is a prime opportunity for a seasoned Building Surveyor with leadership experience, or a professional ready to step into a management role, to shape and drive a thriving team while contributing to the growth of a successful business. The Successful Partner of Building Surveying’s Role The new Partner of Building Surveying will take on a key leadership position, overseeing a team of 5-15 direct reports. You’ll focus on team progression, financial management, and securing new instructions through existing and emerging relationships across the private and public sectors. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on client engagement, providing an exciting mix of management responsibilities and professional services. Key Responsibilities: Provide inspirational leadership, driving team performance and progression. Oversee the financial management and profitability of the team. Secure new instructions and maintain client relationships. Lead on a variety of private and public sector projects. The Ideal Partner of Building Surveying MRICS qualification. 6+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE). Proven leadership or management experience. Commercially aware with strong financial acumen. Broad understanding of both private and public sectors (preferred). In Return? Salary: 85,000 – 95,000+ Car allowance: 5,600.
