A leading London law firm is seeking motivated Paralegals to join its highly regarded Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of private client matters, with the experience counting as Qualifying Work Experience for those qualifying through the SQE route.
The Private Client Paralegal's Role
- Supporting fee earners with private client matters
- Assisting with Wills, probate, LPAs and trust documentation
- Preparing Court of Protection bundles and documents
- Conducting legal research and assisting with case preparation
- Managing files, documents and electronic filing
- Handling telephone enquiries and client contact
- Assisting with billing and financial administration
- Supporting the preparation of legal documents and correspondence
- Attending court and conferences where required
The Private Client Paralegal
- Legal qualifications and relevant legal experience
- Knowledge of private client law would be advantageous
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated, proactive and professional
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to handle confidential matters sensitively
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing competing priorities
