The Paralegal's role includes:
- Assisting with commercial landlord and tenant matters
- Supporting lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
- Preparing and managing statutory documentation

- Assisting with notices, licences, deeds and lease-related correspondence
- Preparing transaction bibles and completion documents
- Carrying out title checks, searches and Companies House checks
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents and third parties
- Managing deadlines, document production and administrative support across live matters
- Supporting fee earners on wider commercial property transactions where required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous paralegal experience within commercial property, real estate or landlord and tenant work
- Exposure to 1954 Act lease renewals would be highly advantageous
- Experience preparing statutory notices or property documentation
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
