Clerk of Works | Residential Projects | Midlands An independent, growing multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong presence across the midlands is looking for a clerk of works to support them with resi projects across the West/East Midlands. The Clerk of Works - Role and Responsibilities As the clerk of works on site, you will manage residential projects - apartments and dwellings across the west and east midlands. Previous experience working as a Clerk of Works, NEC Supervisor or in a similar construction quality role. ICWCI or MCIOB Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and workmanship Previous residential experience Previous consultancy experience beneficial Identifying and recording defects, non-compliance and areas of concern Producing clear and detailed inspection reports Maintaining accurate photographic and written site records Monitoring progress against the agreed construction programme Attending project, progress and site meetings Liaising with contractors, consultants, client representatives and other stakeholders Supporting the wider project team in resolving quality and technical issues Ensuring relevant testing and inspections are undertaken and appropriately recorded Monitoring health and safety observations and escalating concerns where appropriate Full driving license Excellent attention to detail Strong written reporting and record-keeping skillsIn Return?
