A growing architectural and design-led consultancy based in Newcastle are looking to recruit a Senior CDM Principal Designer to support their expanding workload across the North East. The practice provide architecture-led schemes with integrated Principal Designer services across residential, commercial and public sector projects.
The successful Senior CDM Principal Designer will work closely with in-house design teams and external consultants to ensure CDM compliance is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Duties of the Senior CDM Principal Designer to include:
- Acting as Principal Designer under CDM 2015
- Providing CDM advice to clients and designers
- Managing pre-construction information
- Attending project meetings
