One of the UK's leading construction and property consultancies are currently seeking an experienced and highly capable Building Safety Consultant to assist in the delivery of a varied portfolio of projects, predominantly across Newcastle and the wider North East.
This organisation is seeking a Building Safety Consultant as they continue to expand their Building Safety team in response to increased demand following the Building Safety Act and associated regulatory changes.
The successful Building Safety Consultant will be involved in the full array of Building Safety duties across higher-risk residential and complex buildings.

Duties of the Building Safety Consultant to include:
- Provide Building Safety advisory services in line with current legislation and best practice.
- Support clients in meeting duties under the Building Safety Act.
- Assist with the preparation and review of Safety Case Reports and Gateway submissions.
- Liaise with design teams, contractors and clients to ensure compliance.
- Attend project and client meetings across the North East.
- Undertake site inspections and risk reviews where required.
The successful Building Safety Consultant will have a demonstrably successful track record in a Building Safety, fire safety or compliance-focused consultancy role. The Building Safety Consultant will fit the following description:
