BSA Advisor in Newcastle upon Tyne

A leading UK consultancy is looking for a BSA Advisor to join its expanding Newcastle team. The company is delivering a large volume of high rise work across the UK, creating strong demand for an experienced or developing BSA Advisor who wants to grow within Building Safety.

You do not need Gateway 2 submission or advisory experience. Full training is provided and you will be learning directly from recognised specialists. An understanding of the Gateway process and a genuine interest in progressing as a BSA Advisor is what matters most.

The Team

A collaborative 15-person studio covering Architecture, Principal Design and Building Safety, including four Principal Designers, two CDM professionals, two existing BSA specialists and a strong architectural group.

The Role

• Support BSA advisory across major high rise schemes
• Work closely with architectural and Principal Design teams
• Receive full Gateway 2 training and ongoing development
• Hybrid working with a Newcastle office base

Project Exposure

Schemes from £1.5M to £100M, offering significant responsibility and complex project experience.
