The Role
The successful Principal Designer for CDM and Building Regulation will mitigate design stage Health & Safety Risks, and support with the management of Gateway processes.
The Person
The Principal Design Director suitable for this role will have at least 15 years within an Architectural or Building Control Surveyor / RBI role. The Principal Design Director suitable for this role will be registered as a RIBA, CIAT or APS Principal Designer for HRBs or a Class 3 G/H RBI / Building Control Surveyor.
