The Role
The successful Principal Designer for CDM and Building Regulation will mitigate design stage Health & Safety Risks and support with the management of Gateway processes.
The Person
The Principal Designer suitable for this role will have demonstrable experience within a CDM and Building Regulation Principal Design role. The Principal Designer suitable for this role will be registered as an Architect or have relevant Building Regulation competency via CABE, APS etc.

The salary is negotiable dependent on your ability and experience but as a guide: Up to £70,000, car allowance, bonus scheme, pension, season ticket loan, health care, gym membership, corporate incentive scheme.
