A long-established Construction Consultancy are looking to foster the early career of a CDM Principal Designer. They have successfully supported CDM Principal Designers with circa one year of experience into more Senior roles. They will fund training and support you onto relevant CDM and H&S qualifications, membership and CPD courses. If you have circa 1-2 years of experience within CDM, Architecture or Construction H&S, then you will succeed in this role.
The successful CDM Principal Designer will be supporting the process of limiting major and all CDM related risk during the design stage. The suitable candidate will have at least 1 year within a CDM, Architectural or Construction H&S role. Having a NEBOSH Construction or a relevant level 3 equivalent H&S / NEBOSH certificate will be advantageous.
In return, the salary is negotiable dependent on your ability and experience but as a guide: Up to £45,000 pa, Bonus, Pension, Season ticket loan, Health care, Gym membership, Corporate incentive scheme.
