A multi-disciplinary firm that has traded for over 30 years is growing their Building Regulation Principal Design team; they are seeking an Architect with experience delivering the role. You will work on HRB and non-HRB projects across Residential, Commercial, and Healthcare projects. They already have an established process for the management of Building Regulation, which offers the Principal Designer the chance to work within an experienced team. They have an established Architecture service which will see the Building Regulation Principal Designer work with internal design teams and external clients in an advisory role.
The Role
- Lead Building Regulations compliance through design coordination, risk-based reviews, multidisciplinary interfaces, regulatory submissions, change control, HRB Gateway and Golden Thread requirements, reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement of QA systems.
The Person
- The suitable candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a qualified Architect.
- The suitable candidate will have demonstrable experience of delivering the BRPD role.
