A growing construction consultancy in London is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team, supporting the delivery of a diverse range of projects. The Senior Project Manager will join a forward-thinking consultancy with a strong pipeline spanning commercial, leisure, hospitality, and residential schemes. You will have the opportunity to influence the types of projects you work on while maintaining responsibility for successful delivery. This position is well-suited to someone confident in leading projects independently and operating in a client-facing capacity. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
The Senior Project Manager will oversee projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and lead project delivery across a mix of sectors including commercial, leisure, hospitality, and residential. Responsibilities include programme management, procurement, contract administration, and risk management. You will also contribute to mentoring junior team members and supporting the wider team in maintaining consistent delivery standards.
The successful candidate will hold a degree in a construction-related discipline such as Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management. Chartership (RICS, APM, CIOB) is preferred.
