A well-established construction consultancy based in London is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to strengthen their growing team. This Senior Project Manager role will see you leading the delivery of complex, high-value schemes across a range of sectors, acting as a key point of contact for clients. The successful Senior Project Manager will take ownership of projects and play a central role in maintaining strong client relationships. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be expected to lead projects with confidence, provide strategic input, and mentor junior team members. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
The Senior Project Manager will lead projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery against programme, budget, and quality expectations. You will coordinate internal and external teams, manage key stakeholders, and oversee all aspects of project performance. Responsibilities include programme management, procurement strategy, contract administration, and risk mitigation. The Senior Project Manager will also support and mentor junior staff, ensuring best practice is maintained across all project stages.
The successful Senior Project Manager will hold a degree in a construction-related discipline such as Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management. Chartership (RICS, APM, CIOB) is strongly preferred. You will have a proven track record within a construction consultancy environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently. Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills are essential for this Senior Project Manager role.
